Anthony Joshua will face the American YouTuber in an eight round fight which will be streamed live on Netflix.
British boxer Anthony Joshua said he will "overwhelm entirely" Jake Paul and "break" the American as the pair confronted each other to publicize the upcoming bout.
Former two-time world boxing king Anthony Joshua battles YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, theoretically, a massive disparity - at Miami's Kaseya Center on 19 December.
Fighter's Mentality
"I will damage his features and hurt his body. I aim to demonstrate I'm superior," Joshua, 35, said.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's how fighters think.
"I intend to really want to hurt him. That's my intention."
Respectful Exchange
In spite of such comments, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - normally famous for his theatrics - exchanged pleasantries and remained civil with each other.
Jake Paul instead attacked former Joshua's opponent the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "not serious" after the Cameroonian declined a bout proposal.
Taking Aim at Tyson Fury
Joshua, meanwhile, targeted British opponent Tyson Fury - and refused a large bet 'The Gypsy King' claims he will make on a Paul win.
"[Paul] is better than Fury - he showed up," the boxer commented.
"I give him credit for that."
Serious Fighter
In spite of stating he plans to punish Paul, Joshua chose not to talk badly about his rival's fighting skills.
"Jake is a legitimate boxer," he said.
Jake Paul's Background
Jake Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has primarily fought MMA fighters or faded names since becoming pro.
He was defeated by Briton Fury in last year.
Financial Success
However, the inexperienced fighter continues to be one of the sport's largest money-making draws, frequently receiving huge paydays.
Forecast and Confidence
The 28-year-old predicted a stoppage in round four or five and claimed he would stop the highly-expected Joshua–Fury fight, which is apparently in the works for 2026.
"It's going to be me versus Tyson Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul declared.
Physical Difference
As both boxers engaged in the usual face-off, with their physical disparity clearly visible, it emphasized just how improbable this whole event is - and how amazing it is that the fight is truly happening.
